13th October 2017

Creswell Crags visit October 2017On Wednesday this week (11 October 2017) our year 3 pupils enjoyed a fantastic trip to Creswell Crags. They explored the secrets of Stone Age caves and became geologists for the day, studying different rocks and minerals. The group learned a variety of different skills including how to build a shelter, how to kill a deer by throwing spears, and how to make fire.

A fabulous day was had by all with the children enjoying the experience of learning about the challenges of living in the Stone Age.
